december daily, day 9 & 10

Next up, December 9 and 10!

I seriously have the hardest time with the 2×2 pages. On this day, we took a short vacation to Disneyworld. On the 2×2 page, I made little cards that outlined the different stops we made at airports along our journey. The stamp set I used is from Studio Calico and I think it’s called mini Laina. I couldn’t find the link but here is the link to the regular sized one. The 9 is from the December Daily main kit (digital version linked as the physical kit is sold out).

The next page is a 3×8 page protector. I used a December Stories 3×8 Layered Template to do a mini day in the life style of journaling.

The next day was a full one and I wanted to draw some attention to it by using the giant cork numbers from the Studio Calico Young at Heart scrapbook kit on top of a Bella Blvd transparency cut to the size of the 6×8 page protectors (so it’s actually bigger than 6×8, if that makes sense). On the back of the 3×8 page I used another December Stories 3×8 Layered Template to add some more photos of our EPCOT adventures.

The 3×4 journal card is from the DD main kit. The stamp is the Daily December Calendar stamp set. The “we drank this” is a stamp from Kelly Purkey, but I can’t find the stamp set, so it must be sold out! And I don’t know where I got that “adventure” card, but it fit perfectly here.

Today was the day we had decided to drink our way around EPCOT. It’s a challenge Tracy and I have attempted a couple of times, both without success. We started in Mexico and I only made it to Italy. Tracy made it further to Japan. And Kenny? He completed the entire circuit! We drank wine, Jager, aquavit (gross), beer coffee with liquor, all in the quest for glory. At the end of the day, Kenny, Dawn, and Tracy had dinner at Le Cellier; I tapped out and went back to the room. I wish I had stayed; they talked about that meal the whole rest of the visit!
